If your 8274 Warn winch is in disrepair a per Hr labour rate will be charged, a tailored quote will be provided to the customer at this time.

A comprehensive services includes:

A visual inspection of :

All gears, housings and components for wear and corrosion

Motor terminals and electrical connections for corrosion

Internals of motors and check brushes for wear

Internal and externals of Albrights for water ingress and/or corrosion. Note: Albrights that are gasket sealed will be resealed using the same.

Brake assembly for wear or corrosion, clean and reassemble. You will be notified if a brake service kit is required.

Replacement of:

Top Housing seal and bearings ( Where applicable)

Lower Housing seals, bushes, bearings

Oil ( where applicable)

Upgrades that could be fitted at the same time:

Hurricane gears.

Toup Housing Gear upgrade: Standard or +15%

Drum length.

Drum Freespool

Albright upgrade and sealing.
